Our organization is bound by our shared commitment to recruiting and retaining a talented, passionate, and increasingly global team. Priya Haji
CEO & Co-founder

PriyaPriya Haji is the CEO and co-founder of World of Good, a company dedicated to building ethical shopping experiences with mainstream retail partners, including Whole Foods and eBay. Since the company began in 2004, it has created online and offline distribution channels for thousands of artisan producers in the developing world through more than 1,200 retail locations across the country and a brand new online marketplace, impacting the lives of more than 25,000 individuals in over 70 countries around the world. In 2007, Priya received a Social Innovation Award from the Social Venture Network for her vision to change the way the world does business.

In her 20's Priya Haji was co-founder and Executive Director of Free at Last in East Palo Alto, a national model program to address substance abuse related issues. With $10 million in special investments and a team of 60 the organization grew to span services reaching 3,000 people per year. For her work with Free at Last, Priya was recognized by the DoSomething Foundation, MTV and Mademoiselle Magazine as one of America's Ten Most Outstanding Young Leaders. She has an undergraduate degree from Stanford and an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.



Robert McGee
CFO & COO

BobAs COO and CFO, Bob's mission is to lead World of Good in successful business execution through operational excellence. New to the Company in April 2007, he is passionate about the World of Good mission, and committed to supporting the artisan groups that are so critical to the overall success of the Company. Bob looks forward to providing additional educational and support opportunities for these groups covering financial management and operational efficiency.

Prior to World of Good, Bob was COO and CFO for J.J's Mae, Inc. a San Francisco-based private label apparel manufacturer. Early in his 10 year tenure, he developed and implemented the Company’s human rights compliance program before such programs had become commonplace in the industry. The program served as a model for review by organizations including the International Labour Organization and the University of Notre Dame. In addition he was instrumental in migrating the Company from a 100% domestic manufacturer to operating in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Central Europe, and Asia. His additional corporate experience includes finance and operations roles with Birkenstock USA, Mervyns, Marshalls, and Ross Stores.

Bob holds an MBA from St. Mary's College of California and additional degrees from Michigan State University and Arkansas State University. He is a founding member of the multi-disciplinary Ethics Advisory Committee for the University of Idaho and volunteers his time with Wardrobe for Opportunity, an Oakland-based nonprofit providing professional clothing and career support to low-income job seekers.



Siddharth Sanghvi
Director of Marketing and Co-Founder

Siddharth Siddharth's professional background includes fashion design, hi-tech marketing and consulting for a non-profit conservation agency. Siddharth left his marketing position at IBM for business school and to find a career where he could impact more than just the bottom line. After co-founding World of Good, Siddharth managed all aspects of operations, accounting, technology and marketing at the startup. He now focuses on the marketing and technology departments at World of Good and finds it the perfect combination of entrepreneurship, creativity and conservation. Siddharth graduated from The Colorado College with a Bachelors degree in Biology and received an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley before starting World of Good.

Dawn Wolfe
National Sales Director

DawnDawn is the National Sales Director that is going to lead the company through a significant sales expansion. Dawn joined World of Good in September 2007 with the goals of increasing points of distribution within the current channel strategy as well as expanding into new channels of distribution; equally important is the goal of developing an already highly motivated and devoted sales organization, all of which will lead to expanding opportunities for sustainable self-sufficiency of existing and future artisan groups.

The experience Dawn brings to this position includes a combined 20 years experience; in retail at Nordstrom, account management at Wacoal America, Inc., sales management at Golden State International and the Donna Karan division of Wacoal America, Inc., and business development at Zoom Eyeworks. In addition, Dawn has worked with a full range of retail stores from high end retailers, department stores to specialty stores, and mass retailers.

As a graduate of Hope College, in Holland, Michigan Dawn's dream was to make a difference in the world – and she now feels she is in the position to accomplish that goal.

David Guendelman
Program Director, WorldofGood.com Marketplace

David David is a member of the founding team of World of Good and served as the company’s first Director of Finance. Now, as Marketplace Program Director, David leads World of Good's partnership with eBay to launch worldofgood.com, a people-positive, multi-seller marketplace.

David has continuously interwoven issues of social justice and business in his work, addressing each from a variety of angles. As a Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador he focused on rural community organizing; with Care International he worked on microfinance and small business development. Prior to working in El Salvador, David was a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. David has a degree in Public Policy from Stanford and an MBA from Berkeley.

As the American-born son of Chilean exiles, David has long integrated diverse cultures and politics into his life and work. His forbearers include both entrepreneurs and revolutionaries. In World of Good, David sees the opportunity to blend the power of business with a progressive theory of social change into a potent force for social justice and sustainability. He is a passionate advocate of World of Good’s mission to leverage commerce to build sustainable livelihoods for people in the developing world.

Jagadha Sivan
Director of Product Design and Sourcing

Jagadha As the Director of Product Design and Development, Jagadha is the outward-facing representative to the numerous artisan communities World of Good works with around the world. As a buyer, she instills basic business thinking skills in the artisans - helping them with costing and pricing, design and aesthetics, and quality and consistency. She drives groups to re-think their product development process by helping them focus on products that have appeal to the US consumer market, while still retaining their traditional craft making process.

Prior to World of Good, Jagadha spent three months working in an artisan community in Rajasthan, India and helped build a successful launch strategy for SuVyapar, an artisan focused venture. These experiences help her assimilate the unique day-to-day challenges faced by the various groups.

Jagadha believes that the creation of sustainable living wage opportunities is key to individual and community empowerment, long-term economic development and poverty alleviation.
