Audrey Seagraves
Director of Programs

As the Director of Programs for the Development Organization, Audrey manages the Fair Wage Guide project, the Wage Guide Fellows Program, and the Living Wage Project. She works directly with craft producers and buyers to improve their costing systems and conducts in-country trainings on the Fair Wage Guide with artisans and fair trade exporting organizations. She also represents the Development Organization on the International Fair Trade Association's Monitoring and Standards Committee.

Prior to joining the Development Organization, Audrey worked in Washington D.C. for Foreign Policy Magazine. She was also a recipient of the Future Leaders of the World Fellowship from the Population Institute. Audrey graduated with honors from Elon University with a double major in Journalism and Communications.

Audrey loves working for World of Good because everyday she gets to interact with intelligent, idealistic, business-savvy individuals who are all working together to improve the lives of low-income women in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
