Larry Pemble
Associate Director, National Sales

LarryLarry began his career in the Credit Card industry with a strong background in Customer Service, Customer Advocacy, Sales, and Operational Management. Working for Visa International, Larry traveled extensively managing international projects that helped improve Customers' experiences. Larry then expanded his career by moving into the retail world working as the Director of Customer Service for such Retailers as Reel.com, Walmart.com, and Smith & Hawken. While at Smith & Hawken, Larry also helped to launch their successful wholesale business while growing their popular Contract division.

As the Associate Director of National Sales; Larry is instrumental in helping each of the Account Directors expand sales and reach as many customers with the World of Good mission as possible. Working from our headquarters in Emeryville, California, Larry interfaces with all of the teams responsible for expanding sales opportunities for the World of Good marketplace.

Larry is thrilled to be a part of the World of Good team and to make a difference for artisan communities around the world.


Regional Account Directors

Allison Falk
Northern California Regional Sales Director

Allison Allison leads the sales initiative for World of Good's Northern California region. In this capacity, she works with partner retailers to increase the visibility of our handicrafts and awareness of the World of Good mission.

Prior to World of Good, Allison spent 12 months traveling in developing nations in Asia, including 6 months in India and 2 in Nepal. Here she explored countless villages and markets, witnessing firsthand the conditions under which many handicrafts are traditionally created and sold, as well as the conditions in which many of the artisans were living and working. She felt there had to be a way she could help artisans like the ones she met, gain access to broader markets on a larger scale.

After returning from this journey in 2005, Allison fell into the arms of World of Good through co-founder Siddharth Sanghvi, with whom she had worked in her previous career incarnation as a web site content manager for technology companies.

With her passion for conscious consumerism and a belief that long-term change can be brought about by building a scalable, sustainable business for artisans, Allison takes pride in educating the public regarding World of Good's mission and goals.



Bridget McGovern
NY metro area/NY Tri-State area

Bridget Bridget has long reveled in the collection of homemade and unique crafts, many of which she has gathered throughout her extensive travels abroad. It was one particular journey to Morocco, however, that truly illuminated her awareness of the international crafts movement. After a semester abroad Bridget returned to New York City to complete her degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Although her classroom education taught her the importance of taking trend forecasting and merchandising into consideration when incorporating handmade crafts into a mainstream market, she felt only an independent study would truly enrich her intellectually. Participating in the 2006 International Trade Practicum in Costa Rica, Bridget rediscovered the exhilarating craft market abroad. While meeting with individual artisans to learn how they incorporated the environment into home accessories and other crafts, she also learned of their struggle to find their place in a global economy. It was only natural for Bridget to join World of Good as the New York Metro Representative in efforts to support artisans worldwide.



Elizabeth Agren
Sales Representative, South Florida region

Elizabeth As a sales representative, Elizabeth is the person between the retail stores and World of Good, merchandizing displays, placing orders, educating the retail workers and consumers about Fair Trade.

Elizabeth has worked in the Natural Food industry for 30 years and is also an herbalist, aromatherapist, and yoga teacher. A great interest in world crafts, a love of India, and a committment to making the world a better place makes World of Good the perfect company to work for her to work for.



Jeffrey Abbamonte
Upstate New York Regional Account Director

Jeffrey As Upstate New York Regional Account Director, Jeffrey is the face of World of Good. Jeffrey joined World of Good in April of 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Brockport and several years of customer service experience. World of Good provides Jeffrey with a way to express his Fair Trade interest and utilize what he learned in college on a daily basis. Building critical relationships with his partners to insure a sustainable network for our artisans is his top priority.



Juli Bittner
Account Director, Southeast Region

Juli Bittner As the Southeast Account Director, Juli travels to NC, SC, GA and TN to service existing accounts and to acquire new ones. She is always on the lookout for new venues that wish to carry World of Good products! She is enthusiastic about bringing Fair Trade goods to the Southeast and explains its principals to the people that she meets on her travels. She strives to offer consumers in her region a socially-conscious alternative to buying gifts and housewares. She believes that one person can truly make a difference.

Juli has spent years living in France, India and Japan, and is now thrilled to be part of World of Good where she integrates her personal global experiences with the World of Good philosophy: to share the benefits of empowering women through Fair Trade handicrafts.



Robin Freund
eService Accounts Director

Robin Robin came to World of Good with a commendable background in the natural foods industry, including stints in retail, sales and as a distributor buyer. She began her career working in a co-op, which helped hone her management, purchasing and problem-solving skills. Currently the eService Accounts Director, she is responsible for servicing all the retail accounts without outside sales rep. Robin finds her role at World of Good to be gratifying because of her passion for creating a more sustainable world and because of the team. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College, Olympia, WA.



Stephanie Pearce
E-Service Account Director

Stephanie Stephanie has many years of experience as Internet Sales Manager and Retail Store Manager. World of Good is a company that is really making a difference, and she likes being part of it. She wants to educate people about Fair Trade, and how we can all work towards a positive change through more conscious buying practices.



Tracy Hantman
Regional Account Director - Texas

Susan Tracy is taking her passion and background in the natural foods industry and applying it to her role as the Texas Regional Account Director for World of Good. While in her territory, Tracy is building relationships and educating others by spreading the word about fair trade. She feels that every person truly is capable of changing other's lives, and she herself is committed to promoting people – and planet-positive ways of living. She is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Communication.
